My own Perimenopausal Symptoms

As the creator of this website, I’ll let you know why I created it.
Years of night sweats. Dry itchy eyes. Waking up at 2 or 3 AM every morning for no reason. Itchy elbows. Random rashes on my neck. Impossible-to-lose belly fat. Deep ear itch. Loss of words.
And I’ll never know when my ovaries are REALLY done because I had a hysterectomy. So it’s anyone’s guess when I transition from Perimenopause to Postmenopause.

What a fun game we get to play, huh?

BUT I am excited for this time of life. I am wiser, stronger, and more me than ever before. I know that there is menopause help, I’m getting it, and I am feeling more confident. We can be the most beautiful we’ve ever been, because we know what’s important and who we are. We can also have the best sex of our lives. I love starting my day knowing that my body’s weird hormone party won’t stop me from doing whatever I want to do.

Fingers crossed, anyway.
