Some are virtual, some are in person. You can also join a Facebook Menopause Group, but beware of groups that completely dismiss hormones or purport supplements that fix everything. The best thing you can do is use FB for the humor of it all, but get your real advice from your local menopause expert or the experts listed on our homepage.
